You must also:
Have a strong book, packed with creative concepts and powerful copy using a range of voices.
Work well in a team. And individually. Standard.
Be able to manage your daily/weekly workflow.
Have an eye for detail. Especially typos and poor grammar.
Stay cool when the pressure is on.
Be proactive and seek out new opportunities. Like this one.
These will be a big advantage:
Experience writing a range of copy, from social posts and banner ads to long-form articles and brochures.
A love for shiny new tech and exceptional curiosity.
The ability to simplify the complex.
