Marketing Manager (Part Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in steering our marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that align with our evidence-driven approach. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, dive into data insights, and leverage your creative flair to ensure our clients' brands not only stand out but also thrive.

This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week.

 

Roles & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our evidence-driven creative approach.

  • Create a calendar of content for our marketing plans.

  • Deliver content that fuels our social, client newsletter and sales activity.

  • Manage our case studies - on-site and for the sales team.

  • Run our events programme.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish marketing objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity and objectives.

  • Implement strategies to enhance brand positioning and visibility in the market.

  • Oversee the creation of compelling and effective marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with the brand message.

  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and identify untapped opportunities.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with creative teams, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

  • Work closely with other marketing teams across the group.
