People Manager (Part Time)

Eleven Miles, one of the UK’s leading and most awarded independent integrated creative agencies is looking for a People Manager to join the team.

We're on the lookout for a dedicated People Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in managing essential HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Additionally, you'll spearhead learning and development initiatives to support the continuous growth of our great team.

This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week.

 

Roles & responsibilities

Here's what success looks like in this role:

  • Streamlining HR processes to ensure efficient recruitment and seamless onboarding experiences.

  • Implementing an effective performance management system to drive employee success.

  • Developing comprehensive learning and development programs that empower our team members.

  • Maintaining a well-organised HR system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Elevating employee satisfaction and engagement through strategic HR support and initiatives.

Your success will be measured by:

  • Timely and successful recruitment efforts to bring in top talent.

  • High employee satisfaction ratings in performance management and onboarding.

  • Completion of impactful learning and development programs by our team.

  • Accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

  • Positive feedback from team members on HR services.

  • Improved employee retention rates.

  • Effective communication and collaboration between HR and management.

  • Compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Knowledge, skills and attributes

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in HR.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Proactive mindset with exceptional organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Willingness to challenge and innovate.

  • Capability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
