Senior / Account Manager

Eleven Miles, one of the UK’s leading and most awarded independent creative agencies, is looking for a Senior / Account Manager to join the team in our Bournemouth office.

The role of a Senior / Account Manager is to be a brilliant relationship maker with commerciality at the heart of your skillset. You'll have experience in both traditional and digital marketing, have a passion for brands, and an appetite to work on a range of client challenges.

You’ll work in a team supported by an Account Executive and report to an Account Director and will need to be super organised and comfortable working with large budgets.

 

Roles & responsibilities

 
  • Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts, following up on actions and ensuring we keep progress, energy and momentum throughout every project, no matter how big or small.

  • Let clients know how projects are developing with clear and consistent status updates.

  • Build a rapport with clients, becoming a trusted member of their extended team and proactively unlocking routes to grow the accounts you lead.

  • Take responsibility for cost management and reporting; including forecasting, project reconciliation, cost and job estimates and invoicing.

  • Step-up and fill in for the Account Director as and when required.

  • Understand how to coordinate and work with third party suppliers.

  • Work well in a team. And individually. Standard.

  • Stay cool when the pressure is on.

  • Mentor junior members of staff to share your expertise, inspire them and help them fulfil their potential.
