We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to help look after a growing list of great clients, alongside a lovely bunch of people in one of the UK’s fastest growing independent agency groups.
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll:
Get to know your clients’ businesses inside out, making sure our work delivers value and becoming the go-to person in the office for information on them.
Always have an ear on what clients say about us and our work, so we know we’re doing the right thing.
Spot opportunities and come up with ideas to help grow the account.
Delivery of work; from understanding the client brief and turning it into a brief for the creative teams, to checking work, sharing it with clients, and making sure we act fast on their feedback.
Own the detail of every job and be accountable for it.
Build up a rapport with your clients, becoming a trusted member of their extended team.
Be responsible for cost management and reporting for your clients; including forecasting, project reconciliation, cost/job estimations and invoicing.
Let clients know how projects are developing with consistent status updates.
Step up and fill in for the Account Director when necessary, both internally and with clients.
Know how to coordinate and work with third party suppliers.

You don’t have to have an agency background for this role, but it’s definitely a bonus if you do.
