We now have an opportunity for a strong planning all-rounder to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in both brand and content planning, and both B2B and B2C sectors.
Based in Bournemouth, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the lead planner on one of our biggest and most prestigious clients, with the support of our Head of Planning.
Establishing and building relationships with multiple senior clients
Proactively leading brand, content and communications planning for clients (planning requirement dependent on client and brief) in response to both long and shorter term briefs
Supporting the Head of Planning and senior team on new business opportunities
Specifically, we are looking for someone who:
Can bring simplicity of thinking to complex business problems and challenges
Can think beyond the brief. Some of our best work has come as a result of identifying a bigger opportunity than the brief calls for
Can think fast. Some of our clients operate in fast paced businesses, planning is the engine room for quick and effective idea generation in the agency and as such we need someone who thrives on thinking on their feet when needed
Can turn data into insight – someone who enjoys spending time with data and understands how to use it to form hypothesis and insights that provide the breakthrough for strategic thinking
Enjoys working collaboratively with creative teams to help on the delivery of projects and ensure they are delivered against agreed strategy
Has experience in value proposition writing – is able to clearly and precisely articulate the core essence of a brand, product or service and its value to business and its customers/consumers
Has experience in writing messaging guides/long hand propositions
Has experience in producing content frameworks and plans – defining overarching content pillars and themes to guide content creation, and where necessary, writing content plans
Is confident facilitating workshops, both internally and externally
Is able to travel to London (at least once weekly)
