We’re looking for a detail-oriented UX designer to work on one of our most prestigious accounts. This is a hands-on role, producing static wireframes and interactive prototypes, and designing intuitive user interactions for our clients' products.

If you are passionate about how people use technology in the workplace, and love all things digital and enjoy turning complex information structures into easy to understand architecture, we want to hear from you! You will be based in Bournemouth (with some travel to client meetings) and be responsible for:

  • Creating journey maps, process flows, personas, wireframes and interactive prototypes.

  • Proactively identifying usability concerns within a product.

  • Creating applications that are easy to use, engaging, powerful, and competitive.

  • Working collaboratively with designers and developers to produce the best possible solutions.

  • Working with well-known companies and present your work directly to senior project stakeholders.

  • Supporting your design decisions with well thought through rationale.

  • Managing overlapping projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Keeping up to date on the latest theory behind user-centred design processes and principles.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

We’re ‘can do’ – are you?

In an increasingly connected and fast changing world we believe there is always more that brands can do for business, and that businesses can do for their customers. Finding the time to identify those opportunities and then deliver on them requires strong partnerships, and a ‘can do’ attitude.

In our people, that manifests as passion, initiative and a general willingness to get stuck in. So you’ll be:

  • Passionate about delivering great work for clients and willing to go above and beyond to do it.

  • An excellent communicator with great organisational and observational skills.

  • Experienced in using Sketch, Axure or similar.

  • Experienced in visualising and presenting UX solutions simply and clearly.

  • Focused on attention to detail and understand the importance of meeting deadlines.

  • Adaptive, resilient and hard working.
