We’re looking for a detail-oriented UX researcher and designer to work on one of our most prestigious accounts. This is a hands-on role, conducting research using a variety of techniques that informs the design, strategy and development for our clients' products.

You can be based in Bournemouth or London (with some travel to client meetings, workshops and usability testing sessions) and be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research including stakeholder interviews, lab and remote usability studies, and trend research.
Supporting your design decisions with well thought through rationale and backed by your research.
Helping define our UX design and research strategy.
Using various types of testing to validate assumptions about users.
Proactively identifying usability concerns within a product.
Creating journey maps, process flows, personas, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Creating applications that are easy to use, engaging, powerful, and competitive.
Working collaboratively with designers and developers to produce the best possible solutions.
Working with well-known companies and present your work directly to senior project stakeholders.
Managing overlapping projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Keeping up to date on the latest theory behind user-centred design processes and principles.

Experienced in conducting quantitative and qualitative research using a range of techniques.

Experienced in visualising and presenting research data simply and clearly.
