Join the Sideshow team as a Senior Account Manager

 
 

As a Senior Account Manager at Sideshow, you’ll get to know your clients’ businesses inside out to become the go-to person in the office for information on them. You’ll spot opportunities to grow the account, listen to client feedback, and take the lead on delivering great work. From interpreting client briefs to briefing the creative team, checking work, sharing it with clients, and acting on their feedback fast. That’s why great communication skills are a must.

You don’t need an agency background to apply. But you do need to be passionate, full of initiative and willing to get stuck in.

You must also:

  • Own the details of every job and be accountable for it.

  • Build up a rapport with your clients, becoming a trusted member of their extended team.

  • Take responsibility for cost management and reporting for your clients; including forecasting, project reconciliation, cost and job estimates and invoicing.

  • Step up and fill in for the Account Director when they need you to.

  • Let clients know how projects are developing with consistent status updates. 

  • Understand how to coordinate and work with third party suppliers.

  • Work well in a team. And individually. Standard.

  • Stay cool when the pressure is on.

  • Be proactive and seek out new opportunities. Like this one.
